About Me

Hi, I’m Kate, a 27 year old personal trainer who has always had a passion for physical activity and pushing myself to be the best athlete that I can be. I played a variety of sports throughout my childhood and teenage years and it wasn’t until college when found my true passions when it comes to fitness, lifting weights and long distance running. Though I choose to focus most of my personal fitness goals on those two things, I do routinely participate in other types of activities such as swimming, biking, yoga, and recreational sports (tennis, volleyball, and kickball).

As a personal trainer, I am grateful for the opportunity to help you reach your fitness goals, whatever they may be. If you’re looking to start living a more active lifestyle, building your cardiovascular endurance while training for a long distance race, or just becoming more comfortable in a gym/fitness setting, I’d love to help.

  1. I graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Mechanical Engineering
  2. Coffee gives me life
  3. I’m a huge foodie and eating is my favorite pass time. Have you ever tried peanut butter on a burger??
  4. If I find myself at a bar my drink of choice is typically either a craft beer or a gin and tonic
  5. I love to travel the world and I’ve been to 14 countries! (United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Australia, Honduras, Haiti, Saint Martin, Bahamas, Bermuda, Denmark, France, United Kingdom, Chile)
  6. I spent my childhood growing up in northern NJ but have also lived in CT, DE, WI, and VA
  7. I can juggle
  8. I have two cats
  9. My favorite type of music is alternative rock but I’ll listen to almost anything
  10. I’ve been to 2 of the 4 tennis grand slams (US Open and Australian Open) and I’m hoping to make it to the others one day
